Our Manufacturing Process

Here's what to expect when working with our EMS team, from initial requirements through delivery:

Step 1: Requirements and scope definition

We meet to define your production requirements, target volumes, and manufacturing timeline.

Step 2: Design for manufacturability review

We review or design the hardware with production efficiency in mind, optimizing the layout for assembly speed and cost before manufacturing begins.

Step 3: Prototype and pilot run

We produce a pilot batch in-house or through our Western Europe manufacturing partners, used to validate the manufacturing process before scaling to full production.

Step 4: Assembly and testing

Our SMT and THT lines handle assembly, followed by in-circuit and functional testing to confirm every unit meets specification.

Step 5: Firmware flashing and integration

Software and firmware are loaded and validated on production units as part of the manufacturing process.

Step 6: Volume production and box build

We scale to your target production volume, including full box build and system integration where needed.

Step 7: Delivery and post-production support

We manage logistics and fulfillment, and remain available for post-production support, revisions, and quality follow-up.
